Serenity Sands Beach House

Welcome to Serenity Sands Beach House, a beautifully renovated coastal retreat only meters away from the crystal clear waters of Hahei Beach.

The home features double-glazed windows, brand-new kitchens and bathrooms, stylish furnishings and quality finishes throughout.

Located on a quiet street beside a reserve, there's plenty of room for sun bathing, a game of cricket and children to run, play and explore.

Spread across three levels, the home offers plenty of space for families and larger groups.

The ground-floor apartment has wheelchair-friendly access and includes two bedrooms (Queen & Double room), a full kitchen, lounge and a bathroom with washing machine.

The middle level features two bedrooms (King & Queen sized beds), a full bathroom, spacious living area and fully equipped kitchen.

The upper level offers two further bedrooms (King & Queen sized beds) both with access onto a sunny deck, a full bathroom and a cozy seating space.

At low tide, cross the stream and reach the crystal-clear waters of Hahei Beach in just two minutes.

At high tide, a short walk via the footbridge will have you and the kids on the sand in about 7 minutes.

For guests wanting to experience Hot Water Beach, one of the Coromandel's most iconic attractions, shovels are provided to dig yourself a natural hot pool.

The house is Lifemark verified. A Lifemark® verification is an independent quality assurance process in New Zealand that certifies a home’s accessibility, safety, and adaptability. Also known as Universal Design, it ensures houses are comfortable and safe for people of all ages and abilities to live in throughout their lifetimes.

The entire beach house is available for bookings from December - April.

The downstairs appartement only is available for bookings from May - November.

We are locally based and are only a few minutes away should you need us.

Linen & Towels are provided excl. Beach Towels which can be hired for $5.00/each.

Ecostore products are also provided at the house.

We stock up the pantry with cooking oil, salt & pepper.

Cleaning is included in the rate, please leave the house tidy.

A portacot is available upon request and can be hired for $45.00/stay (includes linen and baby towel).

There is no high chair at the property, however we might be ale to provide one upon request.
